I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher and owner of Ultimate Serenity. I look beyond the bodies symptoms to find the root cause of the problem and offer attainable solutions. I offer my clients stretches to lengthen tight muscles and corrective exercises.
